In Jesse’s recent 'assessing options' series he talked about the three C’s, creating, capitalising and converting. It’s a simple concept that helps players to identify what they are trying to achieve at different points within a rally.

Essentially the creating and capitalising phases are about building pressure by hitting good length and using the volley to take time away from your opponent. These phases are about taking charge of the rally and making your opponent work hard as you look to get in front and control the T.

These two phases play such an important role in the game that we wanted to run a coaching weekend focused specifically on those elements.

CREATE, CAPITALISE & CONVERT

The camp will be held at one of the UK's leading sporting complex, Surrey Sports Park.

Richard Meyjes Road, Guildford, GU2 7AD.

Located just 30 minutes from Heathrow Airport & Central London!

LOCATION

"Building pressure is an essential part of winning squash matches.

Matches aren't won by hitting one good length and then taking the ball in short at the first opportunity. You need to be able to construct rallies effectively and work your opponent so that space opens up on the court!"
